In compliance with european regulations, you can return your order for any reason within 2 weeks from reception for a full refund including the shipping costs included in your initial order.
Customer will wait for address instructions and will send the order back at his own expenses .
Returns to be made under responsability of customer, products must be in perfect condition, neither used, never worn and in original packaging.
Products to be carefully over-packed to avoid damages during transportation.

All bespoke sales : such as necklaces cut at your lenght on demand, are excluded from return policy, but are covered by the quality guarantee.
In case of return parcel due to buyer's refusal to pay import taxes and Vat upon arrival, refund will be made under restocking fees of 15% of the original invoice and provided goods are back in perfect conditions.
